Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Floristall. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These conditions ensure a smooth and fair transaction for both our customers and our company.

1. Cancellations

  • Eligible Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team. If the flowers have already been dispatched, the order may not be canceled.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders scheduled for same-day delivery or within the next 24 hours cannot be canceled once processing has started.

2. Refund Policy

  • Product Quality Concerns: If you receive flowers that do not match the product description or are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We will either:
    • Replace the item, or
    • Provide a full/partial refund depending on the case.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after confirmation. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders canceled after the dispatch of flowers
  • Situations where the delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Refusal by the recipient to accept the delivery

4. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if the flowers delivered are of substandard quality, we will provide an appropriate solution as stated above.
