All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Payments
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
We accept payments through secure third-party gateways.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the location and type of order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
Refunds: If flowers are damaged or do not match the description, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds for orders canceled after dispatch, incorrect addresses, or refusal by recipients.
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.
5. Product Information
We strive for accuracy in descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, text, design) belongs to Floristall and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
